Sunshine & Saltwater Golf Cart Rentals was opened to enjoy the Bay St. Louis, Mississippi's historic Old Town where low speed vehicles (golf carts) are legal to drive in the designated areas. Sunshine & Saltwater golf cart rentals are restricted to staying in a 7 mile radius of BSL Main Street.  Please see Map & Rule tab on home page for BSL police map where golf carts are allowed.

Rental requires valid U.S. Driver’s License, Proof of current, full coverage automobile insurance, and major U.S. Credit Card for payment.

Golf carts cannot be driven on public beaches in Mississippi.  

We cannot control the weather, and our standard policy applies to all terms.  All orders cancelled within 10 days will have a 10% processing fee.  Orders cancelled within 7 days of rental will be charged 50% of total.  No credit will be issued after the cart is delivered.  Full refund will be issued for "Named" Tropical Storms and mandatory hurricane evacuations being required in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

The person renting the cart MUST be the person picking up the cart.
